I have had nothing but good experiences with the service department in Chilliwack. I called them, reluctantly, a few years ago about a problem with our nav system. Shockingly, the service manager diagnosed it over the phone and gave me a workaround that saved me an expensive visit. I now take my car in for regular maintenance. Their services are better than the alternative providers and cost about the same. For example, with the regular oil change service, you will pay the same here as in other places. But here you also get peace of mind that the required preventative inspections have been completed. You get help managing preventative maintenance, with no pressure to do unnecessary work. You also get a complimentary cleaning. It’s nice to see a service department attached to a dealership that gets it: offer quality and value with a smile. It really is that simple.
